No. Our flooring products are warranted by the manufacturer for any defects. Be sure to inspect your product carefully before installation. If the installation is not done by one of our professional installers, you will need to contact the contractor you hire for their warranty on any issues with installation.

Returns of our inventory, as long as it’s full boxes, we will take back no charge.
For most order in products returned within 30 days, the supplier charges a restocking fee of 15-35%, depending on the type of product and the manufacturer.
Special order products typically are not worth returning due to the cost.

While some types of flooring can be used virtually anywhere, there are certain materials that work best for each room in a house or commercial setting:

• Bathroom – Bathrooms have high exposure to water and, for this reason, require flooring that is suited for wet and humid conditions. Tiles, stone, and vinyl tiles/planks are ideal flooring for bathrooms.
• Kitchen – Kitchen flooring needs to be able to handle heavy foot traffic and spills. The best types of flooring for kitchens are stone, tile, laminate, vinyl, and hardwood.
• Living Room – While any type of flooring works for living rooms, you’ll want to combine comfort and style. Carpet, engineered hardwood, solid hardwood, vinyl, and laminate flooring are all great options for the living room.
• Bedroom – Like the living room, virtually any type of flooring works because it is a dry and temperature-stable area. For comfort, we recommend a plush carpet. To add a touch of style, engineered hardwood, solid hardwood, vinyl plank, and laminate flooring work best.
• Basement – Most types of flooring work for your basement. Most homeowners choose carpet

Typically basements in Alberta are not very flat, this creates a situation where floor prep is considered. A 5mm Glue-down vinyl plank is typically the floor that will require the least amount of floor prep. This is due to it’s flexible nature, allowing for the floor to conform to the contours of the floor more easily.
