If you have any issues with a floor that we’ve installed and you’ve purchased the product from us, the best thing to do is call us at 403-255-5880, and we’ll happily address your concerns.
If you’ve purchased the product from us but hired a different contractor to install the floor, you’ll need to contact the contractors who did the installation. If the product has a defect, you’ll be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
No. Our flooring products are warranted by the manufacturer for any defects. Be sure to inspect your product carefully before installation. If the installation is not done by one of our professional installers, you will need to contact the contractor you hire for their warranty on any issues with installation.
Returns of our inventory, as long as it’s full boxes, we will take back no charge.
For most order in products returned within 30 days, the supplier charges a restocking fee of 15-35%, depending on the type of product and the manufacturer.
Special order products typically are not worth returning due to the cost.
