Had an exceptional experience at Deerfoot Carpet recently. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and so professional throughout the process and we are absolutely delighted with the end result. This was for a commercial space and we really needed the guidance of professionals for the special requirements we were operating with. Tony and his team took such good care of us – highly recommend Deerfoot Carpet!

We rent a unit that had carpets and tiles. Our little one has severe ling issues, and for our blessing, the landlord was already plannin on replace them. We decided to look around for a good alternative that would be either affordable and (most important!) safe for her.

We spent hours quoting with other companies, and could not find a better price for the labour and meterial. Corinne is a sweetheart! 💚 She took time to explain the differences among floor types and discuss our needs (a heavy duty, waterproof and low in VOC’s material). She found the best material, the best prices and dealt with condo and landlord directly to ensure there were no gaps nor doubts. The costumer service she deliveries is unbelievable… she really cares about her clients and is very easy to communicate with!

Tamer was our instalation guy, and he is just amazing! He came in to do all the measurements and when the deal was finished, he performed the installation (all by himself!)! He is organized, had all the tools needed with him and performed an excellent job! He is very reliable, thoughtful and flexible! He even accommodated some of our family’s needs to make sure all of us were ok during the service time!

Our landlord is happy with the results, and so are we! Totally recommended!

Paul Geronazzo and Paul Fougères came to our condo to evaluate whether or not the existing faded hardwood floors could be sanded and refurbished. Based on their professional opinion we decided to replace the hardwood floors and all carpets with new Luxury Vinyl Planks.
Paul Geronazzo our sales associate was very personable and really listened to what we were looking for. Paul was very accommodating and provided additional information to help with our condo board requirements.
Paul also provided and sent us home with some large samples so that we could see if this flooring was really what we wanted.
Paul Gernazzo was able to work within our condo board schedule and get the installation organized very quickly.

Our installer Paul Fougères and his son were great to deal with. They delivered our flooring on the Canada Day long weekend up to the second floor while the elevator is out of service. 1300 square feet or luxury vinyl planks is heavy work to move to the second floor. Paul Fougères and his son were on time each day, kept an organized and clean work space and did a great job removing the old flooring and carpet. They went above and beyond when they removed 2 old cabinets that were left behind from the previous owners. They were done within a week.

Overall we are very pleased with our Luxury Vinyl Planks flooring purchase experience from Sales Associate Paul Geronazzo at Deerfoot Carpet & Flooring. We are also extremely pleased by the installation work that was done by Paul Fougères and his son. We would not hesitate recommend to recommend Deerfoot Carpet and Flooring and Fougères Hardwood Inc. to anyone.

If I could give them six stars I would. Impeccable service. Called and spoke to Dave and he was super helpful right off the bat. Gave me a ballpark of what to expect for costs, etc. even took the time to find me some remnants which made my carpet replacement much less expensive. It was a Saturday and my install was done by noon on Sunday. Really happy with my new carpet, price was super reasonable, and the level of service was something you just don’t get very often these days. Would definitely call them up again for any future flooring needs.

Dante was awesome to work with. His service was on point, unfortunately there were supplier issues (that he did a ton of leg work to find other options for us BEFORE calling us to give us the bad news) which were out of his control but he really went above and beyond to make things happen for us! All in all he helped us navigate what could have been a very stressful situation with our tight timeline and made it as seamless as he could! Our install was done by Ilker who was also amazing, communicative and very professional, he did a great job! Thank you Dante and Ilker!

We replaced about 2000 sq ft of worn out carpet in our home. Nichole provided excellent information and advice about the carpet options. We were able to schedule installation while we were away on vacation which was convenient. Tamer did an excellent job installing the carpet. Deerfoot Carpet’s price quote was competitive with other quotes we got. Service was excellent throughout. We would definitely come back to Deerfoot Carpet in the future.

Ram and his assistant Ahmed did an exceptional job installing our carpet. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship were outstanding. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled every part of the installation with care and precision. The process of purchasing carpet from Deerfoot Carpet was efficient and effective. Arlin provided us with the information we required in selecting carpet for two bedrooms. One week later, Sam and Josh installed the new carpet without a hitch. They were on time, efficient and cleaned up carefully after installation. The entire process was very well done, and we are pleased to recommend them should you need carpet installed.
